Gifts For Dog Lovers

It's time for Alaska's great sled race: Iditarod. Teams of mushers with 12-16 sled dogs brave brutal temperatures and wild animals on their thousand-mile race from Anchorage to Nome. The event commemorates a 1925 "serum run," in which mushers and their sled dogs rushed medicines to the children of Nome, saving them from diphtheria, a "white man's disease" to which they had no immunity. We're celebrating these canine heroes with these gifts for dog lovers:

5. Pet Shampoo
Even if your dog has an unfortunate incident with a skunk, you can still show it some love! This natural odor-eliminating pet shampoo removes some of the strongest smells and washes away oil.

(Fresh Wave Pet Shampoo is non-toxic)

4. Pet Lover Vacuum

We're not sure where he is right now. We think he was headed to the Rockies to carve some fresh glades with his powder hound buddies. While he's away, feel free to check out the dog house and learn a little bit about Teddy and his experiences on the road.
